Returns & Refunds

At Isles Tallow, every product is made in small batches using carefully selected natural ingredients and packaged with care. We hope you love your order, but if something isn’t quite right, we’ll always do our best to help.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns on products that have been opened, used, or where the tamper seal has been broken, unless the item is confirmed to be faulty.

Unopened and unused items with the tamper seal fully intact may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.

To request a return, please contact us at info@islestallow.com with your order number and reason for return before sending any items back.

Please note that returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

Damaged, Incorrect, or Faulty Items

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photographs of the issue.

Where appropriate, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund.

If you believe there is a genuine fault with your product after opening, please contact us within 14 days of delivery so we can review the issue.

Natural Product Disclaimer & Storage

Because our products are made using natural tallow and butters, slight variations in texture, colour, scent, or consistency can occur naturally between batches and over time.

Our products should be stored in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and heat.

Exposure to high temperatures, frequent temperature changes, refrigeration, or improper storage may cause natural graininess, softening, melting, or changes in texture due to the formation of fat crystals. These changes are cosmetic only and do not affect the performance or safety of the product.

As these texture changes are caused by environmental conditions outside of our control, they are not considered product faults and are not eligible for refunds or replacements.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you by email and process any approved refund to your original payment method within 5–7 working days.

Please note:

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was faulty or sent in error

  • Returned items must be unused, unopened, and in their original condition with the tamper seal intact

  • We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above conditions

Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 2 hours of purchase, provided they have not already been dispatched.

If your order has already been shipped, it may be returned in line with our returns policy once delivered.

Sensitive Skin Advice

Our products are formulated with sensitive and reactive skin in mind, however every skin type is unique. We always recommend patch testing before full use.

If irritation occurs, discontinue use and contact us if you have any concerns.
