At Isles Tallow, every order is packed with care from our studio in Essex.

Dispatch Times

We aim to dispatch all orders within an estimated 3 working days.

Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays. During busier periods, dispatch times may occasionally take a little longer.

UK Shipping

We currently ship within the United Kingdom only.

Shipping options, estimated delivery times, and costs are shown at checkout.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates and delays can occasionally occur outside of our control.

Delivery Issues

If your order has not arrived within a reasonable timeframe, please contact us at info@islestallow.com and we’ll do our best to help.

Please ensure your delivery address is entered correctly at checkout, as we cannot be responsible for orders sent to incorrectly provided addresses. Additional shipping fees may apply if a parcel needs to be resent.
